Terms & Conditions – AS-3 Surat

Welcome to AS-3 Surat. By placing an order through our store or website, you agree to the following terms:

Product Information:
We aim to display all product details and images as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen settings.


Orders & Payments:
Orders are processed only after full payment. In case of stock unavailability or payment failure, AS-3 Surat reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund within 7 working days.


Exchange Policy:
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for size issues or damaged products. Items must be unused and in original condition with tags.


Shipping & Delivery:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.


Legal & Privacy:
All images, content, and designs are the property of AS-3 Surat. Customer data is kept confidential and used only to fulfill orders or communicate important updates.

Exchange Policy – AS-3 Surat

At AS-3, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer returns, we are happy to assist you with size or defect-related exchanges.
Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for size issues or damaged/defective items.  

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items returned in worn or damaged condition

Important Notes:

  • Exchange depends on product availability
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
